Our Service Promise

We have qualified licensed techs on-site. If there is nothing wrong with your car, we won't fix it. A thorough explaination of recommended or suggested repairs & estimated costs will be given. We will fix your vehicle within the time promised or we'll contact you. The bill you get will never be more than the estimate you approve. A record of all work done will be kept. Monthly driving tips will be provided. We will have seasonal service specials, and on-line bookings and information to keep you up-to-date.

Warranty

Standard Warranty:

All mechanical repairs a minimum of 12 months/20,000 km (whichever comes first) on both parts and labor.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Certigard will warranty mufflers, shocks, struts, brake shoes and disc pads for as long as the guest owns and possesses the vehicle described on the invoice. The labor is covered for a 12 month period or 20,000 km whichever comes first after this period, the labor charge for replacement is based on the Certigard Repair Center's hourly rate.
